Concentrate on the positive.
For some unknown reason, paying focus to the negative in your life is easy to achieve for many, and the positive isn't so difficult to keep hold of for so long. I think that's a sign of a well grounded person who is aware of themselves and surroundings but at the same time, holding onto the positives in one's life can have a tremendous benefit.
I believe it's about keeping a good balance of being positive in action and emotion but always have an understanding of the things that can negatively impact your life, with a positive reinforcement those negative can be washed away, whether it be financial, relationship or health troubles, with some positive attitude things can be rectified as your positive vibe will push you to sort any money issues or relationship troubles out. As for health, well, I am very lucky not to have been struck with anything which has tested my theory as of yet, but I know people who have been terminal, and there positive attitude towards life and condition lifted them in their last few months and gave a real sense to those surrounding the,
I think sometimes, we just have to try are very best to do well with the situation we are dealt. Media feeds us perfect images of life, money, relationships, health and adventures, and in comparisons everyone's lives look so mundane and ill.
I recommend anyone who pays any attention to movies, papers or magazines to immerse themselves in a different culture, surround them self with a community to get a real sense of life and then truly weigh up there take on things, in the Western World, the images people posses are manufactured, so get out there, experience real people, and only then can you make a true comparisons and obtain a real perspective of self worth.
